Gnome For The Holidays

Hi and thanks for checking out my blog.  This weekend I started on my Christmas Cards after finishing off wrapping things up using the Stampin' Up! Round Tins, Rectangle Tins and Treat Boxes.  This card uses the cute Gnome for the Holidays stamp set and lets hope we can all celebrate Christmas home with family and friends all gathered together.

All available products used are shown at the end of the post and the process of putting it together is as follows;

• Start with card base, A4 Whisper White cut in half portrait at 10.5 cm and fold in half
• First layer cut to 10 x 14.4cm
• Second layer cut to 9.6 x 14cm and cut square out of bottom right hand corner using die
• Stamp tree on Whisper White cardstock square and colour in as you like or leave as is
  
• Adhere first layer with Stampin' Seal
• Adhere stamped tree on first layer with Stampin' Seal using second layer as guide for positioning
• Place foam adhesive strips on second layer and position so stamped tree shows through square cut out
• Stamp sentiment on label cut using Field Tiles Dies
• Cut square the desired size to layer under sentiment, attach sentiment with dimensionals and attach to card with Stampin' Seal, done!
  

Inside I stamped the cute Gnome, coloured in and used the sentiment 'There's no place live GNOME for the Christmas Season' using Real Red ink.  Very simple and you don't have to colour in the Gnome if you don't want to either as they look cute plain as well.
