Thank You Ornate Garden Suite

Hi and thanks for checking out my blog.  Here it is, one of my creations using the Ornate Garden Suite and I just love the DSP.  This is a lovely suite with a beautiful stamp set, dies, designer series paper and so much more.  If you missed the update about it's release on April 1st and products in the suite click HERE to check it out.

My base card is the Petal Pink A4 cardstock cut in half and the first layer a gold foil floral design DSP cut to 14.4cm x 10cm.  The designer paper in this suite below has several designs with gold foil and very beautiful floral designs.

The 'Thank You' is embossed white on Petal Pink cardstock and cut out using the Ornate Layers Dies, then attached with dimensionals for the layered effect.  Lately I have been doing more embossing so I can highly recommended the Embossing Buddy which prevents extra powder from sticking to what you are embossing and yes it does work!

Whisper white card stock was used to stamp the 'you made my day!' and cut to the width of the card, this could be cut short so more of the DSP was showing that just personal choice.  The Ornate Thanks Stamp Set is what I would call a must have as it is suitable for so may occasions and I personally love the script writing.

Inside the card I combined 'Seriously, you're amazing so here's a card for all you do' stamps to finish it off and as you maybe able to see sections did come out lighter.  Solution would be to use the Stamparatus so you can double stamp if needed and it would help with lining up several stamps especially if you don't have a long enough stamp block.

The flowers are from the Tags In Bloom Stamp set which is a Sale-A-Bration free product with qualifying order, while stock last until sale ends on March 31st.
