Honey Bee Friends

Hi and thanks for checking out my blog.  I had time recently to create cards using the Honey Bee Bundle and free Golden Honey Designer Series Paper from the Sale-A-Bration!

Have you seen this gorgeous paper! Just have to have it...shop now HERE. The sentiment is from the Honey Bee Stamp Set, stamped with Daffodil Delight ink on shape cut using the Stitched Rectangle Dies.

I used the Honey Bee Bundle to cut out a bee from a gold foil sheet to add some detail and used dimensionals for layered effect.  The designer series paper also has gold foil accents on it and comes in a pack of 12 sheets (2 each of 6 double-sided designs).  This paper pack is FREE with a qualifying purchase between 3 January - 31 March during the Sale-A-Bration promotion!

Another variation using products is the below landscape card where I used the Detailed Bee Dies to cut out a bee and flowers from the DSP and the stamped Bee Hive.

Dies makes it so easy to add dimensions, below I have shown some close ups of the cut outs and adhered using dimensionals so you can see the raised effect.

Inside I have used the So Sentimental and Band Together Stamp sets for the sentiments and matched with a stamped flower to finish off.
